$500 Anyone?
We want to give you $500 to help you find ways to love and serve others and to spread the message of Jesus Christ by:
. . . empowering you to perform acts of kindness;
. . . allowing you to share your faith;
. . . helping you build relationships and show how attending church will contribute to a flourishing life.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Determine how best to use $500 to serve others.

Serve not only others, but yourself, and the congregation by sharing your stories.

Show the church’s values of grace and being good stewards of God’s abundant gifts.

Learn valuable lessons about the complexities, rewards, and accountability of giving.

Discover the diverse needs of others and how to meet them in your own backyard.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Members of Shawnee Park CRC and/or regular attenders
Next Steps...

Pray and think creatively about how you might serve and spread the love of Jesus to someone who is not expecting anything from you.

Build a relationship!

Invite them to come to church with you!

Ask how you can come alongside them with support- (emotionally, financially, or otherwise)

Consider serving with someone else.

Think about a timeline for your project.

Develop a brief plan for how to spend some or all of the funding.

Tell us how you might report back on your progress to the deacons or the congregation.
